- There are certain precautions and conditions to be considered when processing the ownership transfer.
Note
- Registration has been suspended. Tax has not been renewed for more than 3 years
- There may be delays in the registration or ownership transfer process.
- Outstanding fines or unpaid taxes may be applicable.
- License plates are missing. Vehicle is not sold with special/auction license plate.
- Vehicle's condition is not match with registration e.g. license plate number, color, fuel, or gas tank type.
- Chassis plate damaged, making it non-transferable in certain regions (excluding official sticker plates).
- Chassis plate missing or plate does not match the vehicle’s identification.
- Engine number or chassis number may be rusted, faded, or illegible.
Vehicles that :
- We do not take any responsibility for the vehicle registration book, registration history verification, or ownership transfer under any circumstances.
Note
- The vehicle cannot be registered or transferred.
- The registration has been permanently canceled under Section 34.
- The vehicle is under legal seizure due to a criminal investigation (e.g., Narcotics, DSI).
- The vehicle has been structurally repaired or modified due to previous accident damage.
- Engine or chassis number shows irregularities or has been modified without being updated in the registration.
- There are signs of cutting, welding, or repairs in the area of the engine or chassis number.

- Set yourself a budget
- Check the car you would like to bid on very carefully including the documents.
- Paying by internet bank transfer is the safest method of payment.
- All cars are sold "as is where is"; there are no returns.
- Read the terms and Conditions carefully.
- Ensure you have the correct name registered for the auction.
- Bid clearly and don't wait until the last minute.
